Andy Flower has been working as an Independent Consultant since May 2001 specialising in the LNG business where his areas of expertise include; strategy, marketing, project structures, shipping, pricing, supply and demand and project economics. He retired from BP in 2001 after thirty two years of service, including twenty two years working in the company’s LNG and natural gas business units where he managed BP’s interests in LNG projects in Abu Dhabi, Nigeria, Australia and Qatar and negotiated LNG sales and purchase agreements with buyers in Asia, Europe and the USA.
