Kiril Ravnachki has been elected as CEO of the Bulgarian gas transmission system operator Bulgartransgaz in August 2026. He is Member of the Management Board since February 2023 and has been CEO of the company also in the period from April 2024 to January 2025. Over the period from 2019 until the beginning of 2023, Mr. Ravnachki was the Executive Director of Balkan Gas Hub EAD – the operator of the Bulgarian gas exchange. In the period April-December 2024 he has been a Member of the Board of the European Network of Transmission System Operators for Gas (ENTSOG). Mr. Ravnachki was the Bulgarian representative in the ad-hoc Steering Board of the AggregateEU platform for the purchase of natural gas, created at the end of 2022 by the European Commission. Mr. Ravnachki holds double majors in Economics and Business Administration from the American University in Bulgaria.
