Cécile Ballantyne-Jovene, is heading the Strategy Department for the Gas, Renewables and Power Branch of TotalEnergies since July 2023. In this role she covers multiple energies: LNG, low carbon gases, and the whole power value chain from generation to trading and marketing. Cécile has spent most of her career developing LNG businesses internationally in Engie in Southern Europe first, then as Vice-President Commercial LNG Asia-Pacific. She joined TotalEnergies in 2018 in Houston as Senior Project Director LNG Business Development where she successfully developed gas and LNG markets for power generation and industries in the Caribbean and Central America. Prior her current position, Cecile moved to TotalEnergies Renewables as Offshore Wind Project Director, managing projects in Europe and representing the Company in Industry groups.
